Production Timeline
All orders submitted and confirmed by 5:00 PM (EST) on a business day will typically be made and prepared for shipment within thirty-six (36) hours following that time. Please note that this production window excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST), or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed starting the following business day.

Shipping & Transit Liability
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Magnetized Memory is not liable for any delays in delivery. All transit and delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Exact delivery dates are within the sole control of the shipping carrier and may be impacted by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Delivery Issues & Discretionary Solutions
While we strive to ensure a seamless experience, Magnetized Memory is not legally or contractually required to provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for delays caused by third-party shipping services or customs. Any solution provided—such as store credits or partial refunds—will be issued at the sole discretion of the business on a case-by-case basis.

Transfer of Risk
As outlined in Section 5 of our terms and condition, title and risk of loss for all products pass to you at the moment the package is transferred to the carrier or, in the case of local orders, at the time of pick-up. We ship Canada-wide and to the United States. For customers in the Ottawa, Ontario area, free local pick-up is available; you will receive a notification with specific instructions once your order is ready.
